If you are unhappy with your first purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at prodigyslay@prodigyslay.com and our team will work with you to make it right.
Returns & Eligibility
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair-care products are generally not eligible for standard returns. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and concerns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at prodigyslay@prodigyslay.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) received
- A brief description of the issue
Once confirmed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as USPS, as ProdigySlay is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.
If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact us before your refund is processed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase by contacting prodigyslay@prodigyslay.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
