Shipping policy

Shipping policy:

We ship within the United States only, via USPS.

Handling Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time ship the following business day.

Delivery Time: 3-5 business days once shipped, delivered on business days (Monday-Friday).

Helpful hints: Please use an address where your package can be safely received, and keep your phone available in case USPS contacts you about delivery. We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS confirms delivery to your address.

Refund policy:

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you're unhappy with your purchase, contact us first at prodigyslay@prodigyslay.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returns: Items must be in their original packaging with any gifts included. You're responsible for return shipping costs, which must be prepaid; we recommend a trackable method like USPS Flat Rate, as we can't issue credit for packages we never receive.

Defective or incorrect items: Report these by email within 14 days of receipt, and we'll make it right.

Refunds: Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll email you the approval and process your refund to your original payment method within a few business days.

Cancellations and changes: You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering by emailing prodigyslay@prodigyslay.com. After 2 hours we can't guarantee cancellation, and once an order ships it can't be changed. Exchanges are handled by email after an order ships.
