How To Take Care Of Curly lace Wigs
How To Take Care Of Curly Wigs is very important.
Especially a Curly wig because the curl shape must be maintained for the wig to retain most of its original look and a curly wig is easy to become a disaster if do not manage it properly.
Follow are some tips for curly wig care .please check :
1.When purchasing a curly, choose a light density. All human hair will increase in volume as it is worn.
2.Cut the ends of your wig if necessary. Curly wigs especially have a tendency to become frizzy and tangled. Cutting a few centimeters off the ends of your wig can help, but of course, you can only do this so many times without drastically altering the style of your wig.
3.Never brush curly hair when it’s dry, as this causes frizz which over time damages the hair. Brush only when wet and only with a Denman brush or better still a wide tooth comb. You can use a large tooth comb when it’s dry but don’t comb it more than twice in a day – too much combing causes shedding and frizzing of your curly wig. If it begins frizzing .just cutting the frizzies, also don't comb or brush it. just finger comb the curls. Try not to handle the hair too much, this will cause frizzies also.
4.Don’t straighten the hair more than twice per month as this can damage the hair – ideally don’t straighten it at all as it’s human hair and will break with prolonged extreme heat. If you do straighten, use a low heat setting and never use a blow dryer.
5.Pin-curl hair at night. To maintain your look from day to day, instead of relying on the product to reform the curls, simply pin curl your hair at night and tie up with a silk scarf, or wear a bonnet.
6.Deep condition at least once a week with cold water. Apply moderate the conditioner starting about an inch down from the root all the way down to the tips of your hair, wait about 15 minutes before rinsing, then use a wide toothed comb working up from the tips to the roots so your hair.
7.Never use products with mineral oils on your curly wig. A water based moisturizer that can be sprayed is best. Or better still make up your own by mixing one third glycerin – an ingredient that draws water into your hair to keep the moisture balance – and two thirds water.
